We had dinner at Oscar Wilde during a visit to NYC last month.  There is so much to see at the Victorian-themed bar and restaurant.  The atmosphere is kind of fascinating with so much to see in every direction.  I think I could have wandered around just looking at everything for an hour.  FUN FACT: This place has the longest bar in NYC.  There is a long list of other interesting things about this restaurant which makes it so much more interesting and fun. The cocktails and food were SOOOO good.  One drink came on fire.  I always like a flaming drink! We had a chicken pot pie, which was delicious with its super flakey crust.  WE also had the lamb sliders with feta and the homemade chips (fries).  The service was kind of mediocre--they got the job done--but who cares.  This place was kind of incredible!

The place was PACKED and the bouncer was hesitant on letting more people in. Well there was a small table available at the back of the restaurant. There was a DJ and I lived my best life as he played all 90s music that I grew up listening to. The waitress had a huge section and didn't miss a beat. My drink was always full and the food was served quickly. The fries were packed with flavor (clearly the picture shows that) and the steak sandwich also had so many layers of flavor, peppers caramelized onions arugula smoked provolone chipotle aioli... and btw this was the late night menu. Wonder what the dinner menu is like!

Super aesthetic and picturesque bar with great drinks! This whole place is a work of art. Got myself a mocktail which was just as delicious as it looked. I've also heard good things about their food so I'd have to return sometime to check out their menu!

Love the atmosphere most of all. Good drinks. Good service. They could use some vegan choices on the menu. I can only drink here and then have to go elsewhere for dinner.

Very nice and peculiar place ! I loved it We went for drinks with friends after work and their selection of cocktails was wide I ordered the Helena Molonia, a tequila based cocktail. Very good and spicy ! We shared some the trio of beef sliders. It was juicy and not over cooked. I will try this place for brunch next time !

"There is only one thing in life worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about." -Oscar Wilde It is amazing to see the words of Oscar live at this place. I have been coming here for years and bringing people to this place non stop. From the creative drinks to the top tier food. I have never been disappointed coming here. The decorations are seasonal and my god it's always beautiful and looks like a price of art. I appreciate the kindness of the staff even when it's busy they are warm, accommodating, and have good vibes. Oscar! I'll see you again and see what the summer holds. Also, music is fire, drinks are superb, and I promise you'll have a good time.

A friend asked me to meet here real quick for an exchange. I was very pleasantly surprised with the look and atmosphere. It was fully dress with CNY decorations it definitely brought a smile to me. This is a larger space full of seating and a huge bar. My really loves wine so the selection was vast but according to my friend it was ok. We got the Caymus(red) and I enjoyed it. A bit pricey per glass but still nice. We ordered the steam pork buns and fries since we were pressed for time. A+ on those pork buns I will be back for those alone.

Been here for drinks before but this was the first time for food and wow! Fresh pasta, tuna stack, fries, everything was delicious. And our server was so nice and got our order in right under the wire for the dinner menu. Much appreciated after a long day of traveling. The drink menu is extensive, organized nicely by alcohol and are delivered with delightful flair. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Not for the faint of heart, this place is boisterous and over the top. A real adventure
